Learning Outcome 1: Be able to generate ideas for an original media product based on client brief (P1 and M1) Learning Outcome 1: Be able to generate ideas for an original media product based on client brief (P1) I was given a client brief in which i had to pitch my ideas for producing a new online and print-based music magazine for North London, From the brief i can gather that there is a vibrant music scene developing locally and people need to know about it, which means that the magazine has to be engaging and interesting for the target audience so that they will show an interest into it and want to attend different music gigs. Learning Outcome: Be able to pitch ideas on a proposed media product and respond to questions (D1) Feedback: After i had finished my presentation, the client offered me constructive feedback that would help me figure out how to make the best possible magazine and how it could target my target audience. Firstly, the client asked me if i just wanted to be limited to 'acoustic' music meaning with no backing at all. He mentioned that this would go against me and limit my target audience massively. Therefore we both agreed it would be better to say Acoustic and instrumental music (e.g. the likes of Ed Sheeran, although it is acoustic, he uses a loop pedal to create his music live on stage).
