Learning Outcome: Be able to pitch ideas on a proposed media product and respond to questions (D1) Feedback: After i had finished my presentation, the client offered me constructive feedback that would help me figure out how to make the best possible magazine and how it could target my target audience. Firstly, the client asked me if i just wanted to be limited to 'acoustic' music meaning with no backing at all. He mentioned that this would go against me and limit my target audience massively. Therefore we both agreed it would be better to say Acoustic and instrumental music (e.g. the likes of Ed Sheeran, although it is acoustic, he uses a loop pedal to create his music live on stage). He liked my article idea for 'what bars/pubs/restaurants to go to before/ after a gig' and 'what to wear to a gig' as he thought that it would attract my target audience and is a good way to interact with the customers on a personal level, giving them suggestions and making...

Learning Outcome: Be able to create a proposal and pitch for an original media product based on a given brief (P3 and M2) FIRST DRAFT OF PRESENTATION : FEEDBACK: I was told that i needed to add in some sample pages for my front cover and double page spread. I am also aware that i need to explain the moldboard and how i have used those images not for the specific artists on the moldboard but for the overall theme/feel of the genre. I was asked How I'm going to let the audience know that only the first 2 issues are free and the rest are not. I will need to explain what my plan is and how i want to see feedback from the audience to make sure that in the future Unplugged NL will be the best it can be. I was made aware that 'Unplugged' wasn't a suitable name and doesn't meet the client brief because it doesn't relate to North London, therefor i will need to change that and make it 'Unplugged NL'.
